The Ice House can sleep one or two with a trundle bed that converts to two twins, or can serve as a quiet office. It also provides an extra kitchen and a full bathroom. It is a short walk from both the Boathouse and Still Meadow. To keep traffic and congestion down on the property, it is not rented on its own — only as an add-on for guests already staying in the Boathouse or Still Meadow.
- Sleeps 1–2 (trundle / two twins)

- Quiet office or extra bedroom
- Short walk to the Boathouse, Still Meadow, and the float
- Not rented separately — add it to a Boathouse or Still Meadow week.
- Shared laundry and loaner bicycles are in the shed.
- Saturday 4 pm check-in, Saturday 10 am check-out.
